4 weeks ago many of our clients were told to shut their doors within a 24 hour period as new government regulations kicked in and gyms and studios were considered non-essential places to visit.

After a pretty tough few days, many of our studio’s emerged with a brand new business model – the virtual studio and we want to tell their stories. They are brave, they are hard working and they’ve turned a pretty harrowing experience into something of opportunity.

So, we put together a special edition of our Studio Success Secrets Show – which we were due to start releasing our first episodes when this crisis hit. This is our virtual edition and in it we take you behind the scenes of many of our clients studio’s from around Australia and New Zealand to uncover their secrets to building a business – even through this crisis.

In this first episode we speak to Jackson, the owner of Tribe Fitness in Rouse Hill in the Northwest of Sydney. Jackson DID NOT WAIT for clarification around whether his studio was going to close or not. He got on the front foot, speaking to clients about the reality and preparing them for how they would continue training despite not being able to come to the gym.

Jackson is a switched on business operator and loves to delve into all things technical. He shares some of his secrets around retaining clients and even how to bring in new leads.

This is his story…
