When was the last time you took a step back and dreamed big about what you could achieve with your business? I love to dream big, it allows you to plan out a long game for your business. I believe too many business owners are working in the short game, working on the micro tasks every day. But if you have a big dream and a big goal you can begin to understand your purpose in business.

List out your biggest goal first. Start to break it down into monthly and weekly goals that will help achieve this and even down into to-dos so that you have a clear outlook on where you are going in business. You will start to feel things getting better and easier know that you can see the long game of your business.

So this week write out all your big dreams and assess if you are really in the long game of your business.
